Apartments Kovacic_Grubisic - Split

This apartment was amazing! With its two floors, it felt like a cozy home away from home. The living area was spacious and comfortable, perfect for quality family time. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, allowing us to prepare our own meals. The air conditioning kept us cool and refreshed throughout our stay. Plus, having a private bathroom with free toiletries in every unit was so convenient. We also appreciated the soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We absolutely loved our time here!

While everything was great, we personally didn't enjoy the flat-screen TVs in the apartments. They didn't add much to our experience, but we understand that others may find them enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at Kovacic_Grubisic in Split. the location was fantastic, with just a short 10-minute walk to the showground, waterfront, and palace. the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortably furnished. the hostess was excellent, offering to do our laundry and providing helpful recommendations. the outside areas were outstanding, perfect for enjoying breakfast or supper. a very good place to stay while visiting Split. Cons: Nothing not to love 😊.

The location was mind-blowing, right in the heart of the charming old town. The apartment offered a super quaint atmosphere and had all the necessary amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The host, Rina, was jaw-droppingly thorough and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and even arranged transportation to and from the airport. The peaceful location was surprisingly close to the lively nightlife and the beach. it was a fantastic base to explore the city, and I would definitely stay here again.

I would have preferred if the hotel had offered more senior-friendly activities or amenities to enhance the vacation experience for elderly guests. The children working there could have organized some gentle exercise classes or provided more assistance for seniors who may need help with their luggage.

The sofa bed in the living room was not very comfortable and made of plastic material. The apartment was a little worn down and could use some updates.

Nice and friendly place located 10 minutes away from the historical heart of the city, Diocletian palace. Cafes and bars serving local specialties are a 2-minute walk from the property. The hotel is located in the center of Split, next to Marjan Forest Park which is surrounded by beaches and sports facilities. The lower floor includes a small terrace, entrance, and lobby, providing a cozy and tranquil atmosphere.

The location of the apartment is perfect as it is very close to the harbour and within walking distance to the center of Split. Additionally, there is a grocery store nearby, making it convenient for guests to buy necessary items.

The facilities and decor of the apartment are a bit disappointing. The bathroom is small and cramped, with an odd angle that may cause inconvenience for taller guests.
